TERMS OF SERVICE

By downloading, installing, or using the Moonflow mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Moonflow is operated by Moonflow ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Moonflow app, website (moonflowapp.com), and all related services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moonflow. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Free Tier

Basic features including period tracking, daily check-ins, and moon phase viewing are available at no cost and remain free indefinitely.

Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription at $7.99/month or $49.99/year. Subscriptions include a free 3-day trial for new subscribers.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged through your Apple ID account.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Premium features until then. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content in the community
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Moonflow is NOT a medical device or healthcare provider.

• Cycle predictions are estimates based on historical data and should not be used as a primary method of contraception or fertility planning
• The AI Oracle provides general wellness guidance and self-reflection prompts — it does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• Astrology features are for entertainment and personal exploration purposes. Astrological insights should not be used to make medical, financial, or legal decisions
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, particularly regarding reproductive health
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately

Moonflow includes astrology readings and AI-generated content. These features are provided for personal exploration, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes only. Astrological interpretations are based on traditional and esoteric systems and are not scientifically verified. AI-generated Oracle responses are produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.

You should not rely solely on astrological or AI-generated guidance for important life decisions.

All content, features, and functionality of Moonflow — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software — are the exclusive property of Moonflow and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your user-generated content (journal entries, community posts) remains your property. By posting to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service.

The Moonflow community is designed to be a safe, anonymous space. By participating, you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other community members
• Not share personally identifiable information
• Not provide medical advice to other users
• Report harmful or inappropriate content

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
